Career Skills Programs

Career_image_72dpiAt Paxen, we pride ourselves on putting people to work. Through leading instruction and innovative learning materials, we provide learners with the tools they need to seek, secure, and succeed in high-demand fields—even in times of economic uncertainty.

We guide learners from initial interest inventories through authorship of resumes and cover letters and on through interviewing techniques and into negotiating tactics. Through partnerships with key companies, we also take learners behind the scenes in businesses and provide them with insight and understanding about high-demand industries and their hiring needs. It results in a robust learning experience, one that can culminate in industry credentialization and, most importantly, job placement.
