Hawaii National Guard
In conjunction with the Hawaii National Guard, Paxen delivers outcome-based programs to at-risk youths and adults across a series of islands in the state of Hawaii. Learners in these programs acquire essential skills that result in academic enrichment, responsible and healthy choices, and career preparation.
