In Louisiana, Paxen Learning partners with Home Builders Institute (HBI) to offer an innovative residential construction training program. Known as Operation Reconstruct, this pre-apprenticeship program provides eligible youth ages 18 to 21 with hands-on work readiness and vocational training that lead directly to career opportunities in the residential construction industry. Upon successful completion of the program, learners receive an industry-recognized credential.
Learners in Paxen’s program receive instruction in the art of seeking, securing, and succeeding in a position, which equip them with the knowledge and skills to stand out amid a competitive job market. They also learn key skills in the areas of critical thinking and responsible living.
