Paxen is a recognized leader in the development and delivery of training programs that help Americans build functional, employable skills. Our diversified programs provide adults and at-risk youths with the academic and life skills necessary to find a job - and more importantly - keep it.
For over twenty years, Paxen has met the diverse needs of government agencies, national non-profits, school districts, private companies and foundations alike. The following is a cross section of some typical Paxen partners and related programs.

National Guard Bureau
Paxen develops and delivers the GED Plus Program; a two-week, intensive, classroom GED program for soldiers at Camp Robinson, Little Rock, AR. Paxen’s innovative and accelerated approach has led to unprecedented GED pass rates. |

Home Builders Institute
Our partnership with HBI delivers Operation Reconstruct: a pre-vocational and occupational skills training program focused on the home building industry in New Orleans. Unemployed and underemployed individuals transition to full employment through HBI’s apprenticeship program and is funded through a National Emergency Grant for Post-Katrina reconstruction. |

Workforce Development Board
One of many such customers, Paxen provided a collaborative program with the Florida National Guard to provide services to secondary school dropouts for both Flagler and Volusia Counties. This year-round program includes both academic and employment services as well as occupational learning opportunities. |

Hawaii National Guard
Paxen designed and currently operates six at-risk youth and adult employability training programs throughout the State of Hawaii. These programs are sponsored by the State of Hawaii, State of Hawaii Dept. of Defense, The Hawaii National Guard and HI Department of Human Services, respectively.

Florida National Guard
FNG turned to Paxen to design, implement and manage their at-risk adult and youth employability training programs in cooperation with the Florida Department of Children and Families. The resulting "Forward March" program services adult welfare recipients at nine sites across Florida. Similarly, Paxen’s award winning “About Face” program serves at-risk youth at 30 locations throughout the state. |
